Used it once and ABSOLUTELY love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am very happy with this purchase. I had a couple of concerns before buying. First, I was looking for a rain head that was adjustable to a spray head. My concern was for water pressure. I did not want to be stuck with a rain trickle all of the time. I wanted to be able to adjust it to a real shower as needed. This feature on this head far exceeded my expectations. The rain head itself is about the same pressure as our old shower head. It is like I am getting three to four times the water volume and three to four times the surface area. This is great. Further, when I switch to the stream, it pulsates like a massaging head. Was not looking for this, so it was a nice added feature. I suppose if you want a small stream that does not pulsate, this may not be a bonus to you. With the constant pressure to the rain head, I doubt I will ever miss the smaller, non-pulsating stream. There are no pressure issues for us. It is great. I have 70+ psi pressure on our water lines. This is pretty high from what I understand. I did not remove any water restricting feature and do not plan on it. This would be a waste of water and money in our situation. Not needed. If I thought it would improve things, I would be the first to yank it out. Don't need to! I was also concerned about the color of brushed stainless matching our existing brushed nickel. I am convinced these are the same thing. I can not tell them apart. I also bought a new shower arm (Delta RP61273SS Addison 15-Inch Shower Arm, Stainless) with this. Perfect match. Not aware until now it was same manufacturer. Guess I should expect it to match. I imagine there could be an adjustable rain shower head that performs better, but I certainly would not want to try to find it. This one is a GREAT value for the money. I will likely put one in our guest shower when I have a couple hundred bucks lying around with no one's name on it.

Outstanding full body shower head! 1 YEAR UPDATE!
Ive had this shower head nearly a full year and its still working great. It cleans easy, looks good and still functions as well as it did on day 1. Im adding a 2nd one for our other bathroom. I bought this to replace the Delta Lahara shower head we recently installed. The Lahara (17238-ss) is 4.5" and flowed at 1.75gpm. It wasnt bad, but I wanted more coverage. I decided to give the 52680-ss a try. The 52680 is 2.5gpm flow from an 8" shower head. It is MASSIVE. The 3 setting all work well too. The full body spray setting really is that, full body. The large head and high flow provides massive coverage. Much better than any other smaller shower head ive used, but with similar pressure. It's not a "rainfall" type spray that wont rinse you. The "massage" setting has a nice concentrated blast from the middle that has pletty of power to rinse even the thickest hair (so my and kids say) and the 3rd setting is a mix of the two that is my personal favorite. The lever to select between modes is very smooth and easy to use and much easier to change than any other shower head I've used. I love it! This is a VERY spendy shower head, but worth every penny to me.

Great flow a bit pricey
Bought this showerhead to replace one rated 1.75gpm. I was having issues with my tankless hot water heater turning off in the middle of my shower because my 1.75gpm showerhead read 0.8gpm thru the hot water heater and that flow was simply too low for the water to heat. This showerhead is rated 2.5gpm and now my hot water stays on! It reads 1.3gpm thru the tankless hot water heater. It has 3 settings, but the middle setting is the most comfortable- good coverage and good pressure. Works on a standard 6 inch shower arm. I thought I would have to purchase a larger arm for this showerhead because it is large >8in diameter, but thankfully, it works great on the existing arm.

Terrible Quality and Poor Customer Service with this Seller and with Delta Customer Service
I purchased this rain head in both the chrome and champagne bronze versions as we were doing a major home renovation due to a recent fire. I purchased these products in advance so they would be available to my contractor when he was ready to install. I never opened the product until the contractor was ready, which unfortunately fell outside the 30-day return window. These products are plastic and did not deliver the flow that our regular shower head provides. The water literally trickled out. When I attempted to return the shower heads (one had been used and one had not been opened), I was outside the 30-day return policy and this seller directed me to Delta Customer Service. Delta Customer Service would not accept the return stating that they could only repair or replace a product that was defective and they did not consider the product to be defective. Bottom line, this seller's 30-day return policy was poor (although I guess shame on me for not noting that when I bought it) and Delta's Customer Service was poor. All I wanted to do was return the products for my money back. Incidentally, I ended up purchasing a Speakman brand shower head (from another Amazon seller) and was a bit skeptical as it was not a brand I was familiar with. The product came and it was a quality metal product that works beautifully. I would highly recommend that you not purchase the over-priced plastic Delta products and would not recommend purchasing from an Amazon seller with such a restrictive return policy.

Nice big shower head.
This was easy to install. We attached it to an extender bar that we got for this head and they both went on super easy with a little plumber's tape. I was worried about lower water flow but my husband and I both enjoy it. I like the different water flow patterns and they're easy to switch back and forth between. I wanted something with a larger diameter and good water coverage and this one is much better than our tiny old shower head. I would buy it again.
