Good Quality and design

Very nice looking and high quality. Finish is excellent. Much better than you get at the big box hardware stores, but still feel it's a little over priced.

water hammer from the included cartridge

The cartridge included in this product enhances water hammer effect on the installed valve. We installed rough valve and shower plumbing exactly the same as the old setup including 2 water hammer arrestors. Once we installed the cartridge included in this product set, we can hear water hammer effect from all the faucets in our house, some are worse than the others. We replaced cartridge with RP46074 purchased from local hardware store. Water hammer went away. I am still puzzled why the cartridge included in the product set can really enhance water hammer effect. By searching on internet, some delta 14 series valve do have that problem.

Be sure of what you're ordering - only included trim kit

Photo shows shower arm, faucet for water control, and tub spout (https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00IINH4XW/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1), but when it arrived, it only included the trim kit for the faucet. It did NOT include the tub spout or shower arm. By the time my contractor got around to install it, the return window had closed. Don't just look at the picture - look at the description and be sure you know what's included! AND we were charged $236.35, which is likely accurate for the FULL KIT as advertised on other websites. The trim kit only usually costs around $165 as advertised on other websites.

not functioning rihgt

water can't flow out from tub spout alone, always running out from shower head, no mater tub sprout turned on or off update: replacement arrived,and try it again, failed again. so it's unlikely quality issue, more likely a bad design, design flaw to me.
