Very Comfortable Jeans/Run Big

Just like Goldilocks, I ordered three of these and one was just right! I’m 5’3”, 160 lbs and I usually wear a size 16/XL in jeans. Like many of us, I’m tired of the uncomfortable button digging into your belly when you sit down. I’m thrilled some companies are now making pull on elastic waist jeans that look as good as regular jeans. Jeans that don’t look like old lady jeans! Most of them still need improvement, but they are getting close to getting them right. It’s difficult to find “skinny” jeans in pull ups, which I prefer. I also prefer a wide waist band because they stay in place much better and don’t slide down as you move. So, these jeans are the best pull up jeans I’ve found so far. Hopefully this company will continue to improve them. These jeans run big. I usually wear 16/Xl, that’s the first one I ordered and found them big and somewhat baggy. They are “slim” cut but not “skinny”. I got them in ‘regular’ length because they usually shrink in length. These didn’t fit right. Then I ordered size ‘14 regular’. Those fit my body much better but we’re to long. Last I tried these in ‘14 short” and these fit best. I’m going to see how much they shrink in length and if it’s to much, next time I’ll order 14 in regular. So… pros: they seem good quality so far, very comfortable, nice dark jean color (I chose “Castlewood” color) and texture feels like regular jeans with some stretch. Nice high stretchy waist to prevent “muffin top”, very comfortable when sitting. Cons: no tummy support, some tummy compression would have made them better, I wish the legs were tighter, but they still are the slimmer style and I like them. I’ve only washed and dried them once and they came out fine. I’ll give these more time and washings and if they hold up nice, I’ll order a few more. I suggest sizing down one size. I hope this helps you figure out how they will work for you.

Comfortable, perfect fit

I’m an apple shape (big waist, medium hips, thighs, and butt). Usually pants that fit my waist are too baggy in the hips and thighs, and I look best in slim cut pants. These are the only pants I’ve found that really fit nicely.

Only jeans I buy. Used to get from Belks but they don’t sell anymore. Most comfortable jeans with all pockets. Nice stretch true to size.

I love these jeans! I thought they had discontinued them.

I've been wearing GV Avery jeans for years. I wish they still had the regular fit instead of the slim fit though. I wear them daily they're soooo comfortable. I just never had much luck with the Amanda styles.
