Fine, not great

These were fine leggings, not great but good for most things. They were short on my wife, who has longer legs, not as forgiving as other brands. Good quality, just sizing felt short.

Smooth and not see-through

I often saw other people wearing these leggings and thought that I was too old or not-thin-enough to wear them. I am in my 50s, 5'8" and wear an XL in most things. I ended up getting a pair with pajamas and really really liked them. With a longer top, I feel that I can wear them...they really aren't that different than skinny jeans. Now I wear them in the house very often and will wear them with a longer top on casual days at work. I would say 70-80% of the women do. Some wear the ones printed with designs all over them...they're cute, but I don't really wear any patterned clothing so solid black is my preference. Plus they really showcase all of my cute flat shoes (now shoes are something I have a lot of!) Anyway, this brand is very comfortable. The waist is nice and doesn't squish or cut into you. The fabric is a thicker, shinier type of material, not like a matte cotton knit. Not like a disco, pleather shine, but more like a sheen. I like both kinds. The thinner knit ones are nicer for warm weather and these are nicer for cooler temperatures. I do have a fleece-lined pair for cold, outdoor stuff, but they are a little hot for wearing indoors. I found the length to be fine on me even though I am taller. I do have thinner-for-my-size legs. My weight is more in the middle...lovely, I know! But my legs don't take up a lot of the fabric allowing for them to remain long enough. (I can't say the same for bathing suits!) I also ordered up a size because I didn't want them too tight where the seams leave impressions on my skin. That did make the top part a little longer, but I can pull them up higher to help avoid stomach bulginess. Overall, I really like them. I find them very easy to move in and they are comfortable.

Comfy, good quality, not restrictive

These are nice leggings for the most part. They are a midpoint between your typical slick feeling legging and a soft cotton legging. The waist band hits me directly at the bellybutton and isn't overly restrictive or tight. They do roll down occasionally over my mommy pooch, but not as often as most other leggings I own. The "ankle length" hits me right at the top of my low profile socks. As a reference, I'm 5'3", 150lbs and ordered a size medium. I usually order a large but these particular leggings fit me just fine in a medium. The one thing I don't really like about them is the stitching in the bum. Most other leggings I own don't show any separation of the stitches, however these seems to separate a little more than I'd expect (and no, they aren't too tight). Besides that one thing, the quality and fit are great.

Runs Large

I really love these leggings. They are very stretchy and very comfortable. I normally wear a 2X in all of my leggings, but these are a little too big. I think I could have gotten the Xl and been fine. They are very long and high waisted. They do not have any outside pockets. The material is a little more fabric/scratchy feeling on the outside, but they do not bother me at all and are still comfortable. These only fell down during my workout since they were a little too big in the waist for me, but I think they would stay put if you had a fitted pair.

Medium-Thin material, no pockets, fits well, comfortable

I exercise about 5 days a week so I wear a lot of athletic pants in the winter. I live in the mid-west, and these pants are thick enough for temps in the 40s and 50's. But when it is closer to freezing, I would need a thicker pant. The stretchy waist band is nice and tall so it doesn't fold over easily. I would usually wear either a 1X or 2X depending on the brand (size 16-18 pants). I ordered a 2X and they fit perfectly which is why I marked that they run a tad small. They are described as ankle length. I am 5'3" with short legs. There is extra material around my ankles in these. And not just length, but also in width, whereas most ankle length pants would be tight around the ankles. Overall these are good pants for the price. Although I have also gotten so spoiled with pockets in athletic pants that it is disappointing not to have any in this pair.

Basic leggings...

These are decent leggings though I will say that they are very basic. I have gotten used to having pockets on my leggings which these sadly are missing. But, for basic leggings they are well made. The waist band is reasonably wide enough to prevent rolling and the length is perfect. They have a good amount of stretch in the fabric which makes them very comfortable.
