Durable/lightweight/no fuss fabric good for travel

I bought these Columbia Anytime shorts for travel and my afternoon power walks. They're good for that. The fabric is durable yet lightweight (ideal for travel). Washing & drying is very easy. It dries very quickly with no wrinkles. The only reason I am knocking off a star is because the leg is cut a bit narrow making for a tight fit on the thighs. I sized up anticipating this problem but the shorts were still tight in the thighs. I'm a 5'7", muscular 140lbs, size 6 so weight is not the problem. I'm keeping them because they are well-made and will be ok (not great) for travel. Columbia may want to consider making a notch in the hem to make more room for thighs. Overall decent product.

Needs pockets

These are really nice quality shorts and my regular size 6 fits great. Love the tie waist and stretch—forgiving without being frumpy. Hate that there are only the two slash front pockets, so no place to put even a lip balm or key let alone a phone. Hey Columbia, women have stuff to carry! Even a small zip on the leg like the Saturday Trail style would be something and wouldn’t ruin the look. I also wish these were an inch or two longer. But these are so comfortable and go with everything, I can see getting a lot of use out of them even with their flaws. No problem at all with leg openings as some other reviews have complained about.

Good pair of shorts

I did like these shorts, however they were too small, so I had to return them to Amazon Prime Wardrobe, they claimed I never returned them, when in fact I did !!! I personally went to the post office to return them, regardless, Amazon said I didn't return them and froze my account until I paid for them, so I had to suck it up, and pay for a purchase I returned because there is no way of contacting Amazon to talk with them, unless there is a back door that I don't know about . Prime Wardrobe is horrible, and you are taking a gamble using Prime Wardrobe, but the shorts are cute, just were too small , this is the only way I can get to Amazon to Thank them for taking $50 dollars of food off my table this week because they are wrong !!!!

Fits great except on thighs

The only reason I gave this 4stars instead of five is because it fits tight on the thighs even though it’s stretchy. The other Colombia shorts I have (Active omni shield) don’t feel tight on the tights so I was hope these wouldn’t either

Mom shorts

I loved the first pair so much I bought two more! I wear these every day, they have the perfect amount of stretch. I got a size 8, they’re a bit snug in the waist when I first put them on so I don’t dry them and they fit well.

Best active shorts on the market

These are the best active wear shorts I have ever owned honestly! Been buying these for years now and they are getting to be very hard to find in stores now but found them here . YES! Get yourself a pair and you'll understand. Waterproof, sweat proof, hiking, walking, running, biking these are the best!

My favorite shorts

I purchased a size 10 four years ago. They still fit, but wanted a different color, so I decided to buy another. The manufacture must have changed their sizing. I had to buy a size 12 for it to "feel" like the size 10. That said, They're really comfortable, last a long time, and wash well.

Runs small, order up

I'm 5'2, 130lbs and ordered 8. Very tight. Should've gone for a 10. Women's sizing is so ridiculous.
