Pretty boot- hard to get off!

LOVE this boot. They are so pretty. However, I ordered a size 6.5- the box says 6.5 and when I tried the shoe on they felt snug. Looked at the inside of the boot and they sent me size 6. They are also super hard to get off because there is not a zipper. I am keeping them bc I need them this weekend and I really do like them but knowing what I do now I prob would’ve even sized up to a 7. My typical size is 6-6.5

Received 2 left boots in 2 sizes. :(

Received 2 left boots in 2 different sizes. A toddler could ship the correct items better than what was shipped to me. Very disappointed because I really wanted these boots.
