Love this brand
Comfortable. Good variety of colors. Fit well for my size 7 high arch, slightly wider toe foot. Could wear all day out of the box.

Not cushy enough
These are really cute sneakers and really wanted to love them, but they just didn't have enough underfoot cushion, especially in the toe area. Under the toes felt different than the rest of the shoe and I didn't think it very comfortable, so I sent them back.

Comfortable
I've been searching for a shoe as comfortable as my favorite the Intrigue that was discontinued. Now my search is over ! I found the Balance .But I first ordered my size 8W but had to return because it was a tad too short. Then ordered the 8.5 W, it is a tad too big but perfect with thicker socks. Please don't discontinue the Balance!

Comfy and good heel balance
They are comfortable and fit well. They are wide enough without being too wide. The heel has nice cushion and support so I don't roll off of my feet. The only downside so far is they could have a little more cushion on the bottom but they're definitely worth the price.

Cute but not great for arch support.
I really love the way these shoes look. However, after walking in them for 12 hours, my feet were suffering due to the lack of arch support. I tried multiple wears assuming I need to “break them in”, but after several shifts, they still aren’t offering the support I need. The insoles are not removable, so orthotics can’t go in comfortably which is another downfall. The cushioning in them is nice, but there just isn’t enough there for arches and repeated impact. They are pretty comfortable on the ball of my foot though. So if that’s your problem area, these may be a great option. I think these shoes would be a great option for someone with medium/low arches.
