Solid Quality Bike Light

Great light for riding at night. Stays put on the handlebars, and easily detaches for my pocket, or just walking around with. Got two of them for longer rides.

Perfect for 1-2 hour bike rides in dark conditions

I regularly ride my bike in the wee hours of the morning for 45 minutes to an hour. This light is perfect for such use. I get sever days of use without having to charge it. The only draw back is that it does seem like it takes a while to charge it. I love how easy it is to mount and dismount.

might be good light; very limited mounting options

This light will only attach to a standard handle bar - if you need any other mounting option you're SOL. Other Cygolites have a slide on/off mounting system that readily adopts to non-tradtional mounting. Get one of those instead, or perhaps another brand

Works well

Used mostly for city biking, gives out plenty of light, well constructed.

Lightweight, easy mounting

This headlight is compact and super easy to transfer between bikes. It has a good beam pattern (it’s wide, unlike most bike headlights which project a less useful circular beam). You will only get one hour of battery life at 450 lm. If you plan on long midnight rides, this isn’t the light for you, but if (like me) you like to hit the road an hour before sunrise, this is perfect.

Does not stay charged very long.

Very bright but need to charge about every 2-3 hours. Only one “semi-blink” setting makes it not ideal for daylight safety use. Not bad enough to send back, but I would not buy again.

4 stars but not 5 due to battery life

Good light but battery life is not great - approximately 3.5 to 4 hours in daylight flashing mode - easy to mount compact light, does not take up a lot of space in the cockpit. Very bright and good selection of modes.

I already have the Cygolite dart and think it's a great little light for most street riding. I needed another so thought I would try the 450 Zot, curious about if it was brighter and better..... it's a more blueish light, but can't notice if it's really any brighter? But it works well. I also gave my friend one for a present.

Frustrating

Pros: -It's nice and bright. -Charging time is fine. -Build quality is good. Cons: -Doesn't last the 65 hours as advertised -USB charging port cover comes out too easily, making it prone to water damage. For the high price, there are likely better options.
