Electric Grill

Dislike is after approximately 10 uses, the grill plate begin to flake. According to Cruisinart Grill Department, there is a shortage of parts and they will put me on a waitlist for a new grill plate. Overall, the grill is great for the price, cooks at a even temperature from 1-5. Both grate and grill plate are easy to clean. The lid does not attach to the side with ease as shown in the operation booklet. Easy to put together.

It's easier to use the stove top.

I was hoping for a better grilling result from Cuisinart. While this grill can certainly cook a hamburger, it does not get super hot or allow for grill marks. It is also difficult to control the temperature. I was disappointed in this purchase.

Nice small electric grill!

This Cuisinart electric grill was very easy to put together and will be easy to move to my small patio area whenever I want to grill.

1st 1 stopped in yr 2nd in 2 months cannot get help from cuisinart

Grill & Converse!

Perfect small space for grilling. Assembled and started to grill 12 burgers at a time. The cooking surface has a channel to drain the grease and it's easy to clean!

Ok for small apartments

I was really excited to get this grill, it is small and easy to setup. Great for apartment or small place setting. It is electric. the grill space is ok. There are a couple of issues, the grill doesn't heat as much as you think it should. it takes a long time for things like burgers and boneless chicken thighs to cook. It gets really hot but then looses its power. We have used multiple times and this happens every time. Hot dogs, great! the other issue is that is not as easy to clean up. there is a lot of buildup on the bottom and since it has the electric coils, which don't remove, you can't really clean the bottom of it properly. If you want to cook vegetables in a basket, they don't really fit if you want to close the lid. I will give it a couple of more tries but I might have to upgrade to another brand as I do like the power of a grill.

Poor heating quality

When it arrived I was very excited but after using it very disappointed it does not hold the temperature keeps , Kept going on and off and would not grill the food appropriately and take way too long After first use the lead had a band in it allowing air to get out during cooking I believe it was not thick enough to hold the heat that it did disperse

Does not last long.

The burner failed and broke into pieces after three months of use. Not sure where to get the replacement burner.

Great condo bbq

Isn't a gas grill for sure but definitely cooks burgers and steaks perfectly and doesn't make my condo smell! Easy to clean, especially if you put tin foil under the burners. Folds down nicely and compactly!

We have a small patio, so this is a perfect size. No issue with food not cooked properly but maybe it’s because the meat is thinly slice . I did lined this with heavy duty foil because I can tell it won’t be easy cleaning this grill. I’m glad I did. I do recommend placing aluminum tray at the bottom floor to catch some grease because the grease plate is too small and creates a mess when it over flows If I have any issues I’ll update but so far so good. Overall this grill is ok.
