Grinding Teeth Solution

I have trouble grinding my teeth. One solution was provided by my dentist. For several hundred dollars a cast of my teeth was made and from that came a hard plastic mouthpiece. When that started to wear I bought a bunch of these things and made my own. Problem solved with actually more comfort since this thing is more flexible. They last a month or two but at this price its still a great deal.

Do not boil for full amount of time

The directions say place in boiling water for 30 seconds the first time, then in cold for 1 second then set on teeth. I placed in boiling water and the damn thing melted to the side of the pot within 15 seconds, had to scrape it out. I waited for damn near a month and this b.s. happens!
