Love this pan, use it alongside hex clad set

Got this to have a deeper fry pan since hex clad doesn't have that in the set. Works great and the steel bottom does protect it. Steel does mean it needs attention to cooking as steel vs nonstick is different (just like hex clad) It's a bit flimsier in the walls than the circulon deep fry pan it replaces which is a letdown but this pan isn't sold in the higher end c series. What to do. Anywhoo but it works great so the tradeoff is fine. Recommend trying it out if you get sale since it's cheaper than hex clad and can protect against utensil damage.

WELL WORTH THE MONEY

This is an extremely well engineered product. My only advice is to warm it a bit before introducing food, and try using a much lower heat than you would expect.

Circulon Stainless Cookware with Steelshield

Like the cookware. Easy to clean as advertised and looks good. The only issue I have is regarding the large fry pan. It is heavy and there is no helper handle to prevent tilt when the pan is full of food.

Great for skillet casseroles

The size is great when making big skillet-type casseroles. cleans well. The lid fits great and easy to handle while cooking. The actual handle gets a bit hotter than I expected, needed to use a cover. Easy to clean.. very happy with it. Will look for another in a bit smaller size for different meals.

Awesome product!!!

These are very stylish, look phenomenal in the kitchen. I love cooking with these. Heat distribution is wonderful. These are extremely easy to clean. Great value!!!

I really expected more

I really expected more from Circulon. The stainless steel is very thin. Although used carefully the non stick quality failed after about five uses. It is apparent that Circulon is cutting corners here.

Nice and heavy.

The pans stick a little bit at first but just needed to use more oil for a few times. Cook well.

Nice Pan, but...

We have a small Circulon fry pan which is great, but this larger one (which we returned) is slightly different. The concentric rings in the bottom of the pan are deeper which means that eggs (for example) don't release as easily from the surface. Also this larger pan has steeper sides with no lip on the top edge so it isn't as user-friendly for use with a spatula or other cooking utensils. It's a well-made pan but just not as easy to use as the smaller one.

Poor design, food sticking, paid $178 next week was $117

Poor design, because of the stainless "scratch protection" raised circles on the bottom of the pot the food is burning and sticking irreversible to that. This has never happened to me on my previous TFAL or Gotham pans and pots. To make things worst I paid $178+tax two weeks ago, used it once and it got burned, and one week later the price is $117. Very disappointing with all the aspects of this purchase and product. Will never buy again Circulon and Meyer. This is garbage made to look pretty. And have waited a couple of days for Mayers, Circulon, or Amazon to give me a sign that paying $178 two weeks ago when one week later this poorly designed pot is $117 is acknowledged, and I get my money back at least the difference; but no, they know not a lot of people would buy it, so they are happy to keep anything they get when they still can. Way to go, keep your stolen money, and I just hope other people would read my review and buy something else.

I love my pan.

I love this pan, in fact I love all the products I have from this brand. It has never burned ever, it cooks evenly and it you read the directions Circulon tells you how best to use the pan. This is a wonderful addition to my kitchen, and I will continue to add more to my Circulon collection. It is worth every penny I paid for it. Thank you, Circulon.

Not non stick

It's a nice heavy pan with a useful lid. It's nothing like a non stick pan though and food gets stuck in the grooves. Seems the idea is that you can use metal spatulas on it. Cheaper and better to buy a good non stick pan and a silicone scraper.

It is not NON-STICK, and not easy to clean even after the first use. I was looking for Circulon Stainless Steel Nonstick Frying Pan for a long time. I have one pan 6" and I was looking for bigger one. I've got a set of Circulon Stainless Steel Nonstick Frying Pan 8" and 10.25" a few on Wednesday, May 10th and it was not to my satisfaction. It is NOT non-stick and it wasn't easy to clean it after use. Will not recommend this product to any one.
