Great bang for your buck!

I'll start by telling you I am a bit of a hat snob. Most all of my hats are expensive wool, rabbit and beaver felt hats. (Stetson, Mayser and the like.) I wanted a less expensive hat to wear to work that I didn't mind exposing to a dusty sometimes dirty warehouse environment. Caught this hat "on sale" so I jumped on it. Boy am I glad I did. Hat is right on the money size wise. Looks exactly as pictured an is very comfortable. The hat band is obvious fake leather but holds my fancy feather firmly in place. The wool felt is surprisingly nice. The hat is well structured while still soft to the touch. I've been in light rain several times with no adverse effects to the felt or the sizing. My customers like it a lot better than my dirty old ball cap. If your new to fedora style hats this is a great hat to start with. If you find you don't care for this style of hat your ony out a few bucks. It's best to test the waters of mens dress hats without spending the big bucks. Once you hear people tell you "you look great in that hat" you'll be hooked. This hat suprised me with its comfort and style. Quality stylish hat are making a comeback with young and old alike. Ladies, this includes you. Add a touch of class to your life. Put on a hat!

Not great

Bought this for a costume party. The adjusting strap in the headband was a good touch as it helped make the hat fit better. This was appreciated as I didn't know it was adjustable. The brim is flat and looked kind of ridiculous on me. Tried to reshape with no luck. For the price it was as expected, but I wouldn't buy again.

Cool hat good price

This is a cool hat at a great price. One note on fitability. At first I thought it was a tad too large. Then I discovered the adjustable band under the brim and it fits perfectly!

Horrible packaging

Bad packaging, it was scrunched in a small box and the brim was wavy. Had to steam it flat which worked.

It is slightly bigger than that I measured

The fact that it is bigger than I thought is a good thing though. I measured my head with a tape measure and it's very loose. But it's good so I can put on a scarf underneath to protect the hat from sweat and oils and have a nicer and looser barrier. It also just looks nice to have a headband or scarf peaking out from under the hat. It's an extra bit of print and dimension to the outfit. And bigger hats just look good on me in general.

A very classy hat!

I bought this hat for my husband. I ordered an extra large because he has a big head and that is the size of his other hats. He loved it the minute he saw it and when he tried it on we could see it was too big. However, there is a an adjustable Velcro band inside and we made it as small as it would go and now the hat fits! He looks every bit the distinguished gentleman. The felted wool is very soft and it is comfortable to wear. He wears it all over, looking elegant even in the rain, and receives many compliments. I’m going to buy 2 more for our adult sons!

I really like this hat looks sharp it doesn’t have to big of brim can sit in vehicle and not have brim hitting headrest
