Good overall. The size small comes w a large cup. I bought these for my 12 year old son and he doesn’t need a large cup “yet” :) it was bulky for running so his old cup worked fine for now and inserted in the pocket.

The best shorts for any kind of combat sports.

These have more than a pocket for your cup, it's more like the front of a strap with a pocket and elastic bands attached at three points. One at the right, one at the left and one up the middle. It doesn't dig in and check your oil for you though, it stays in place while you move, kick, roll or anything really. I definitely recommend these over any standard shorts with just a pocket. I'm getting a few more pairs... Oh and it comes with a very good cup too. If you need groin protection and are thinking about buying it, just go for it... You will NOT regret it.

I use these while sparring and recently used them while competing in an amateur kickboxing bout. They felt comfortable the whole time. The size chart worked well for me too.

Perfect for Taekwondo

Perfect for martial arts .... i do taekwondo which as a lot of let movements and i barely fell it. It u wear a chest guard tthat goes under belly and u bend u will fell it touching the cup but otherwisr this thing is amazing
