Great product but...

Great product, durable and love the variety of attatchments. Unfortunately after 2 uses the battery is shot and wont hold a charge. I would love to give more insight on how well it works, but I only got to use it twice. If you decide on this product, I suggest purchasing 2 or 3 back up battery's because this onw does not last.

Works great takes a little getting used too

Smaller than I expected which was great. Easy to handle and use. Works great on heat shrink. Took a little getting used too. It still runs after you let off trigger to cool down before shutting off. Wish it got a little hotter have to get fairly close to the heat shrink for it to work. I would still recommend. Wish they would come down to a more reasonable price. I got it on sale for $80 and that was still high compared to butane type heaters.

The 2A battery last about 5 minutes, upgrade the battery or just pay the extra for for the better ones.

Yeah you pay a greenworks tax on something you can otherwise pick up for 20 bucks wired but this is the end game heat gun, and if you already have a bunch of other stuff in their 24v eco system buying this is totally worth it.

Battery is useless

I like the portability, however, i charged the battery before the first use and it will not stay locked on and lasts a very short amount of time. I need to purchase a new battery but I'm not sure I want to invest anymore in to this.
