Sent me the wrong size ... and the shoes were poorly made

I ordered a size 9 and received a size 6. I wasn't too disappointed because I planned to return them anyway when I noticed all the imperfections. I have another pair of these exact shoes from Betsey Johnson and these compared to the other ones are not great. The blue from the bottom had bled onto the sides and the pearls on the back of the shoe looked like they were just velcro'd on. They were also yellowy and not white like my real Betseys. See the photos for the blemishes.

Faulty beading and small sizes

I absolutely loved these shoes, however when I tried them on, I found that the fitting was very small so I would definitely recommend to size up but not only that, I realised that the beading on the strap were discoloured and faulty!!
