Don’t purchase!

This bag is well-made and some of the complaints in reviews I don’t agree with. The material is good. Zippers work well; however, there was no shoulder strap included as stated in the description of the product. Amazon, it’s NOT a deal if there are missing components of the product that are supposed to be included with the product. Also, the description says the bag comes with a shoulder strap. Where is it? I wanted a shoulder strap and that’s why I was looking at the product. If I were to purchase a shoulder strap from Bagollini, that would bring the cost of the bag to the original price on their website. Why would I want to do that? Also, as some reviewers have complained, the compartment that is supposed to be for a laptop is too small. It’s barely big enough to fit an older model iPad. I also don’t think the bag is large enough to be considered a weekender bag. Maybe an overnight bag. I had high hopes for this bag, but unfortunately, I’m returning it. Very disappointed. This is a real fail!
