Cute Chelsea and kitty set

I teach pre-kindergarten and my students love Chelsea dolls almost more than they love full size Barbies. They are just the right size for their little hands and can fit with many other toys. This set is very cute and a fun addition to my classroom, or any child's, Barbie/Chelsea collection. My students couldn't wait to play with it and especially loved the pink hair and the kitty. All the pieces of the swing were easy to put together and very sturdy once assembled. The seat on the swing has a clip to keep the doll secure while swinging and it's easy to clip the doll in and take her out. The little cat tree is so cute and the cat can sit on the top or bottom part easily. The bench is adorable and comes put together. The doll sits on it easily. The doll itself is very pretty, but on first opening the box, her hair was really ragged and uneven, which I tried to show in a picture. I had to give her a little trim to make her presentable. She has a molded on shirt like most of the Chelsea dolls with a simple 2 layer elastic waist skirt. Her legs are pastel purple to give the appearance of leggings or tights. Her shoes are the cutest part and are fancy high laced sandals. They do fall off kind of easily, though. She also comes with a crown and a little clip on tail that matches her cat's tail. The one thing I don't like about the doll is that she has the new style face. I'm not a fan of the new faces on the Chelsea dolls at all. They made them even more cartoony. The eyes are too big and take up half the face, making the nose look like it's practically right in between the eyes. I feel like this makes them look kind of like pug dogs. I'm not sure why they felt they had to change the faces at all. However, this is just my personal opinion and the kids didn't seem to care. They just loved her for her pink hair. Overall, this is a cute set that seems fairly reasonably priced compared with everything out there right now.

We LOVE the fantasy aesthetic!

This has been very popular so far in our household! I love the fantasy/celestial vibes and I think it would be popular with lots of little kids. Really fun style and accessories to add to your Barbie stash. $23 feels maybe a smidge high, but not too bad considering it’s an official Barbie product.

This is a cute Chelsea set. We have sooo many Chelsea sets at our house (both girls are obsessed!) and this one was definitely a favorite at first. I wish the swing didn't come of so easily of these. Would make it used even more.

Pretty doll play set

This is a nice whimsical play set. The doll is pretty. The play set and all the accessories seem to be quite durable. The colors are really nice and vibrant. The dolls face up is nice as well. The little accessories are really cute.

Have to assemble, but easy. Cute. Shoes don’t stay on.

The media could not be loaded. Cute little doll with swing. I ordered this for my 7 year old, she assembled this by herself. This doesn’t come out together but it’s easy to do. The doll and accessories are colorful. The swing has a clip that holds her into place. I like the pink hair and the little outfit. Speaking of outfit, her shoes do not stay on that’s why 4 stars. Other than that cute little set that is giftable. ????????great value

Fun set to add to Barbie toy collection.

As far as I know, you cannot purchase this at any local shopping center (Walmart, Meijer, Target etc.) Because of that, I feel like this is more exciting to receive as a gift. There are enough pieces in this set to put your imagination at work. If you happen to have more Barbie dolls/toys , then this will make a great addition to your collection. Also works great as bath time toys!
