Holds a lot of rice

I buy rice in bulk and sometimes I am reluctant to buy so many bags for the storage room because somehow little mites over time get through the bags. This keeps rice contained and healthy. Will hold several 6 pound bags worth. Wonderful storage unit here.

Easy Measure

We eat a lot of rice and I found it’s a lot cheaper to buy the large 25 pound bags. This is a great solution to store a lot of rice. I like that it measures the rice, so I’m not having to pull out a measuring cup. The measurement is very accurate in the rice is turning out perfectly cooked. Not the best looking thing in my kitchen, but for the ease of use it’s worth it.

Exactly what I needed

Just moved out and needed to figure out what to do with my rice. My parents had a big container to dispense rice but that was also holding an amount to feed a whole family. I'm on my own, so even the 33lb is large but the main thing is it can sit on the counter easily. Cleaning the container is pretty simple, couple big pieces and wiping the dispensing tray. I haven't tested how much rice it can hold, but it looks like it'll be a pretty sizeable amount. The only thing I don't like is that there's a lot of unused space, but that can't be helped due to its function

Works fine, easy way to dispense rice

I originally got this to store my rice to keep weevils out. Unfortunately its not completely sealed, bugs still managed to get inside. But if you don't have a weevil problem, then this is a great dispenser! I don't think it dispenses one perfect cup, but it dispensed the right amount for my rice cooker. The little tray can hold several cups, the knob turns easily, but not so much so that it becomes a problem. The container can definitely hold at least 25lb of rice. That's pretty much all there is to it.

Great for dog food

This product works well for storing and dispensing dog food. It was unfortunate that I didn’t realize a cup of rice is not an actual cup, so we don’t get a full cup of dog food out. Other than that it works really nice for dispensing and looks very sleek. Much nicer than just a bag sitting out.

Extremely handy and space efficient way to store rice

I was on the lookout for a storage container that would allow me to not only store rice but measure out cups of rice easily. For those that use traditional rice cookers, it is well known that a common issue with storage containers is that their default measurements are full US cup sizes. However, for rice cookers the measurement of a "cup" of rice is much smaller, about 3/4. This dispenser perfectly measures that appropriate cup size of rice and dispenses it, no mess and no fuss.

The only rice container you’ll need

Stored basically the giant rice pack you’d find at an Asian store. Not sure how many lbs it is but there was still room for more. Sure enough, one cup was one spin and the rice came out perfectly. No complaints so far because wishing that the cup it drops in had holes so you could just rinse the rice inside. But besides that it works fine.
