60% of pulls scratched (30/50)
We REALLY like these pulls. They are trim without feeling skimpy (they feel very nice) and feel nice from the inside of the pull (unlike another similar style that had sharp edges on the inside, making opening drawers feel a bit uncomfortable). They look great. BUT What in the world is going on with the packaging?!??? We ordered 5 sets and could only use 20 pulls. I know one guy polished his up, but I've got a whole kitchen to put pulls on (and 2 kids under 4) and I just don't feel I should have to restore a brand-new item to a usable state. Some of the scratching was so bad that the pulls would have had to be sanded down quite a bit. No way. So, I love these pulls 5 stars worth but if they arrive 60% damaged, that brings the rating down 60% to 2 stars. In fact, we ordered another 5 sets (total), making sure to order through Amazon (Prime eligible, to make returns easier (which I thought I had done, initially); see below) and, of those, only 10 have been useful. We are now waiting for another set of 20 pulls, straight from Amerock and hope that will go better. I'd pick another pull, but we looked long and hard for these and these are the ones we *really* like (when they don't look like they were rubbed on the sidewalk for 20 minutes). Something is seriously wrong with how these are packaged (they come loose and rub against the clamshell -- there needs to be some kind of rigidly protected layer of air between the pull face and the clamshell). About the seller: BEWARE that ordering through antonline will result in a major pain in your rear if you try to return them. They'll give you a RMA but you'll have to pay for shipping … and the email address they give you to contact them with is not functional. You'll have to go through Amazon (no big deal) to get the RMA from antonline and if you want your return shipping reimbursed, you'll likely have to go through Amazon's A-to-Z Guarantee process. It takes a few days and is a bit of a hassle, but it should work. Because antonline seems essentially uninterested in communicating with customers (shady, if you ask me), Amazon specifically asked us to insure, track and require a signature-receipt. Antonline is NOT a seller you want to go through if you suspect you may have a damaged product.

High quality, fantastic price :)
We upgraded our pulls from bright brass to these after a granite/stainless update. These pulls are the final touch to make the transformation complete. Amerock is a well-known brand and the quality is perfect. I had no scratches on mine, in fact they are now packaged so well, it is almost difficult to remove them from the trays they are packaged in. They come with 1" screws, but being a replacement for me, I used all my existing screws, so the change over was quite simple. I had 34 pulls to switch out, and it took a little over an hour with a Phillips screwdriver. I was going to use my cordless drill/driver, but I would have had to empty all the drawers to allow that, taking more time overall. A nice benefit of buying these through Amazon is the price. The 10-pack was over $30 + tax locally, and for one only, the cost with tax was over $7. These arrived on the earliest date promised, and all in excellent condition. Thanks Amazon, you saved me over $40 today.

Easy way to remodel my bathroom - with a screwdriver
I replaced the corroded old drawer pulls with stylish Amerock pulls, removed the mirror wood trim and re-hung it cleanly with the CRL E-Z Mount Clip Set, replaced the wooden medicine cabinet with a cheap Zenith medicine cabinet after brushing its stainless trim with a ScotchBrite pad, and replaced the tarnished brass towel bars and shelf with affordable brushed nickel versions from Ikea. Sunk a modern two-speed toilet. Replaced the ancient vanity lights with cheap Costco versions. Voila! A clean, modern looking bathroom without ripping it out to the studs. That will come in a few years no doubt, but I'm off the hook for now. A similar treatment with Amerock Satin Nickel Cabinet Knobs transformed my kitchen with only a screwdriver and searching out a few longer screws at the nearby big box. Honey! I modernized the kitchen and my bathroom! The Amerock drawer pulls were individually packed, ten to a blister pack, and the Amerock Cabinet Knobs were individually packed in plastic bags each with a bagged screw (that was often too short). No packaging problems at all.

my orders arrived not as bad
After reading the bad review, I was concerned to buy online, so I ordered 1 pack instead of all 4 packs at once just to try it. The order arrived with the plastic packaging broken (hardly any padding in the shipping box). 5 out of the 10 handles have minor scratches. The other 5 were pretty good. We put them on lower drawers. We couldn't tell which one is which until we shine a flashlight directly on them. So we ordered 3 packs more. This time there is less spare room in the shipping box. All 3 packs arrived intact. There was very little scratches. But they are still not like the individual wrapped one selling in the store. These are more like contractor quality. A price to pay if you want to save $2+/handle. Overall we are pretty happy.

Sad to say I fit into the same situation as many other reviewers here. I ordered 20 of these drawer pulls, 14 had the same markings as others had mentioned. Luckily, I had a can of Maguiars cleaner wax sitting around. 2 hours later I had the pulls buffed out. If this problem is created just from the packaging, all that is needed is some sort of buffer to protect the pulls in the package. If it is at the factory, then some serious quality control is in order. -1 star. Next are the mounting screws. At about one inch in length, they are not nearly long enough to go through both the drawer carcass, the cabinet drawer front, then into the pull to hold it securely. Without countersinking them, these screws were useless. -1 star. So, all that being said, the pulls are nice…now. They are quite solid and look good. If you don't mind a little elbow grease, and time they are worth it, and who knows you might get lucky with the packaging, but I'm still rating this a 3.

I got the product on time but one package was damaged and the other package all the screws were missing.
