Basic Fountain Works Great but lacking in small but important features

Note: I provided the Company with this feedback: I am pleased that it works as advertised and the instructions and owner's manual were clear and concise unlike many foreign products procured from Amazon. However, there are 2 issues that prevent me from rating your product as a 5 star: 1. There is no on/off switch for the lights. Surely, it's a waste of energy to turn the lights on during the day. And it's a major hassle to have to turn it on/off by pulling the plug. Eventually, it will wear the wires out resulting in warranty calls. 2. Anchor. There is no place to secure the thin nylon cord that shipped with the fountain to the small disc anchor. You are better off tying this cord to a brick (which I've done).

Nice effect

This is a great addition to our pond, it looks great at night when the lights come on, the only complaint is that the holes for the water get clogged so you have to remove and clean the holes after a few weeks

nice fountain

Very pretty lights. Soothing to listen to. I wish there were more choices on light combinations. You can't pick what colors you want it to be. Other than that its a great addition to our pool.

Acceptable

Water didn’t go up high as pictured, but it is acceptable for me. So far so good. And I like the colorful light. It is a nice decoration for my back yard.

Pretty good product. I’ve used it a couple months in my pool.

Easy to assemble. I put in my pool, and it could use a heavier weight. I overall like mine.

It’s great for loud neighbors

This works perfect as a white noise. Fountain is okay. Doesn’t go very high and the are that the water comes out of needs to be cleaned pretty regularly. It gets clogged pretty easy. Other than that, I love the noise that comes from it.

Lights lasted about a year, now only 2 or 3 bulbs work

It’s magnificent! MUST READ IMPORTANT!

Great Waterfountain! I noticed something that most people hadn’t said. On the side of the pump there is an open and close valve to control the flow. Make sure it’s open or you can burn up your pump and the water height will suck. That’s very important to know! Also would t hurt to add some plumbers tape to the pump where it connects. UPDATE: The pump did go out after 3 days. But I went ahead and ordered a 1600gph pump and replaced the pump and now my waterfall shoots 6 feet in the air continuously. No problems yet! I got lucky and bought this product for half price. So I’m not really out anything in my mind. But my suggestion is that they need to switch the pumps out on these even if it costs a little more for the fountain. Better quality would be worth it. As far as the rest of the parts, they work excellent and the wires to the lights is long. The lights are very neat as well! Update: I wouldn’t say it’s the pumps fault. After learning more, my water had a ton of algae in it. Since then I bought a filter and my water is more clear. I bet it would have lasted longer if it wasn’t in dirty water.

Perfect for a medium sized pond

Our pond is 15 ft by 20 ft and about 6 feet deep. We have had the fountain running for several week and we love it. We have it connected to a WiFi outlet with 3 separate plugs, therefore we are able to turn everything on or off through Alexa.

Excellent display

Perfect addition to a mid size pond. I wish if I could control the lights manually, three colours are on a cycle. Will be putting it on a Wi-Fi switch. Excellent product!

Great fountain with great lighting effect

It is perfect all in one fountain to jazz up your pond, I bought a second one , not quite the Bellagio but nice addition , make sure you anchor to the Center of your pond , it does creep toward the side and with a bit of a breeze it will pump out your pond

Disappointing Pump

Unfortunately this fountain only worked for about a day and a half; then the pump failed. The lights were great and the fountain itself was nice, but with the pump failing so quickly, we returned this item.

Do not purchase.

This is a light duty fountain. It lasted one day before starting to reduce pressure and then completely failed after three days. I did not believe the reviews of the quick failures, but it happened to me.
