Great Fountain, Paint is not Durable

I have had this fountain almost a year now. I love the way it looks and the lights flicker straight up almost 2 stories tall on my outside wall. The pump has held up well and is easy to clean and maintain. I brought it in over the winter because it said to not let it set out in drastically cold temps. The paint is not durable at all. It has chipped and bubbled up and I have had to faux paint it back on in several places. You can't clean it without removing the paint. If they fixed this issue, then you would have a winner. I contacted the dealer (Alpine) and they have gone above and beyond making it right. Top Notch Company!!!!!! All companies should be this responsive!

Beautiful Fountain

Fountain works perfect now that I figured out my deck was a bit uneven. Love the strong water sound and the gorgeous color. Many compliments.

OUSTANDING Customer Service !

A great Product , i DID have an issue after the warranty was over, i inquired as to what might be able to be done and after providing definitive proof of what appeared to be an uncommon defect (anomaly) they went out of their way to replace the fountain. Could not be happier. Thank you !

It’s loud and it leaks at first but be patient

Pretty nice! $257 is a bit much. It’s like plaster or something. It’s not like a ceramic pot. But it’s cute. Not as nice as I thought for that money. I’ve had waterfalls for 30 years. It’s a bit cheap looking? I’m not sure yet. Plus it’s leaking on the floor and I’ve adjusted the pump a bunch. ????‍♀️
