Perfect, not seconds

These arrived perfect. I have bought several Allen Edmonds here at Amazon. They are far superior than the seconds on AE's website. I got these at 70+% discount, and they are returnable free of charge!

Awesome!

These are beautiful shoes! Awesome quality suede, soles, and overall solid construction. I typically buy 8.5D in other brands, but AE size for me seems to be 8D or 8E.

Best Allen Edmonds yet

I have 4 pairs of Allen Edmonds shoes and these are by far my favorite. Leather felt denser on these brown strandmok models. As always Allen Edmonds are a heavier shoe due to the high quality materials but this latest purchase was the best so far. I get asked by strangers what brand every time I wear them. Never had that question asked to me wearing any other shoe from dress to fitness. These are in a class by themselves.

Sizing Tip

I have been wearing Allen Edmonds about 6 years now and own 6 pairs. What I have learned along the way is that you have to find the right size for you. This may not be the size they measure at the store. I wear a size 12 sneaker, but found that most Allen Edmonds shoes fit me well in an 11 eee. I have a wide foot. Allen Edmonds makes a great shoe. Personally, I wish the leather soles would last a bit longer. I am now trying out their rubber soles since my main use is car to office and back. I would recommend this shoe.

Nice leather shoe!

Great looking shoe, a little tight but they have stretched enough to be comfortable. If you have a wide foot they would be too tight, my feet are somewhere in between narrow and wide.
