This mop is the best mop I've ever used

This mop is the best mop I've ever used. The price was unbelievably great I am so happy with this product I actually bought two of them one was for a gift! I run a home and office cleaning business and this mop saves me so much time and does an amazing job on the floors. You can use any cleaning solution you want with this model the refill bottles come separate though so you'll have to order them separately. Again this is an amazing price for this mop even without the bottles it is still well worth it.

3m mops

I used these mops at work so I could not wait till I received my order. I call them dream mops. It showed a 16" Easy Scrub Express Flat Mop Tool with Pad Holder, it also showed a picture of some bottles which I never received. I can't use my mop unless I finded someone that sells these bottles. I really which I would not have spent all that money on somthing I can't use.

Misleading picture!

The picture was misleading- it shows the microfiber pad and solution bottle. Very disappointing!!

Feel cheated.... Same as Deb-a-Do and Jacque.... Picture shows bottles and pads.... No mention anywhere that they are not included...! Can't give rating on a mop that does not come with all its parts.... But can rate false advertising.... Wish there was a half star...... PLEASE NOTE THE ADDITIONAL COMMENT TO THIS ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW ⬇️⬇️ I have been asked by the seller to edit my review. According to the seller the misleading photo was inserted by Amazon, NOT by the seller. We have brought this to the attention of Amazon and it has fallen on deaf ears...! If this is so, in all fairness the mop is a great product and we highly recommend it. Please know that the product is unusable without the pads and bottles. We were able to secure the missing pad and bottles as illustrated in the photo from another source. Perhaps the description could be reworded to more clearly state that "YOU ARE ONLY BUYING THE MOP - THERE ARE NO PADS OR BOTTLES INCLUDED AS SHOWN IN PICTURE" to avoid any further misunderstandings, disappointments and bad reviews.
