Great little bookshelf for comic books lovers

My boyfriend is a comic book geek and loves Batman. I got this as a Christmas present for him to use to display his comic book collections. He loves it. It’s sturdy, was easy to put together, and looks nice.

Great Bookshelf

Delta Childrens furniture is generally durable and this is no exception. This quality bookcase was easy to assemble took me about 20 mins. The graphics are painted and look amazing. I purchased this for a Batman themed bedroom and it fits in perfectly. The only complaint about this bookshelf why it was rated 4 star instead of 5 is that it has a strong chemical or paint like odor that has still not gone away. I've had bookshelf about 2 weeks now. I'm hoping thr chemical smell will go away soon.

Wrong screws

We had to return the first one because they put the wrong screws in the package. The replacement had the right ones, but it was a gift shipped to the recipients address so it was a pain to retrieve and return it. Now that they’ve sent the correct supplies, the recipient loves it.

Very cute bookshelf for my sons room.very easy to assemble. Thought it would be a bit bigger

It smelled terrible!

I have no idea what this thing was made/painted with but it reeked like toxic fumes. I didn't think it smelled that bad until I walked back into my son's room a little while after Is built it. I had to turn on a fan and open all the windows and it took three days to go away. If I'd have known that it would be that bad, I would have taken the parts outside to air out for a few days before I put it together. That being said, it is a wicked cool bookshelf and it went together easy enough. I don't know if I'd buy another one, but like I said, I'd just put it together outside if I did and If bring it in when the smell went away.

Really good quality - especially for the low price

This bookcase looks great and is as sturdy as any furniture I have ever put together. It took less than an hour to assemble and could have gone even more quickly but I always lay all the pieces out and read things multiple times to avoid having to go back and redo anything. This was simple though and everything lined up well. I know I read it was sturdy in other reviews but for less than $50, I was still surprised by the excellent quality. I'm going to look and see if this manufacturer makes a superman bookcase too now that I think of it. The bookcase has a small profile but can fit a lot of books on it. I know everyone else bought it for their kids. I'm using it in our comic book room to store graphic novels. My kids love it too but I was really getting it anyway so I'm not going to pretend it was for them. The pictures will give you a sense of how much you can really fit on this. You can also see it next to the tv cabinet and tv to get a sense of the depth of this. I should say too the paint seems like it will really last. It's not some cheapo decal or paint. One of the best cost/quality values I have purchased in a long time.
